Welcome to our holiday home available for rent in the South of France. The house is located in the area of Condom and St Puy, 2 historical villages in Le Gers, an area in the Midi-Pyrenees. The spacious (200 m²) holiday house is the owner's retreat, situated in the beautiful area of The Gers (Midi-Pyrenees) and filled with home comforts, ideal for up to 9 persons.

Home description
The house was built 8 years before the French Revolution and retains many 18th Century features, exposed beams, terracotta tiled floors, open log fire made of Toulouse brick.
The house tastefully blends modern facilities, a newly fitted kitchen and dining area, two new shower rooms; plus broadband, TV & Satellite and recently installed pool.
The house is situated at the end of a lane in a quiet hamlet surrounded by fields but within easy distance of St Puy (3km) and Castera Verduzan (9kms).
Condom, Lectoure and Fleurance (with it's famous market) are just a short drive away. Swimming, cycling and walking are all on the doorstep - so are many medieval vilages to explore. Or simply sample the many local restaurants (from Michelin starred menus to regional fare), Armagnac and renowned vineyards (Chateau Monluc is visible from the house).
